Respecting your data with PDPA
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”), its associated regulations and subsidiary legislation, and guidelines issued by the Singapore Personal Data Protection Commission (“PDPC”). In accordance to Singapore PDPA laws and other associated international laws and regulations governing personal data, we do not sell, or trade said information to third parties outside of the DRx Clinic.
Purpose for Collection
Generally, we collect Personal Data from customers, prospective customers, suppliers etc. for purposes relating to the products and services we offer or require, or in assessing your suitability for employment with us. These purposes include, but are not limited to:
- Responding to your enquiries on treatments and products
- Receiving feedbacks, suggestions or complaints
- Records for treatments performed or products purchased
- Aftersales support services
- Offering you updated marketing and promotional packages which you can benefit from
- Research and surveys
- Meeting regulatory and legal obligations

We may for these purposes, contact you via mail (including electronic mail), telephone, SMS or other communication (text or image) applications for mobile devices.
User Experience Information
In order to improve customer online shopping experience, help with fraud identification, and to assist our customer representatives in resolving issues customers may experience in completing online purchases, we use tools to monitor certain user experience information; including login information, IP address, data regarding pages visited and ads clicked specific actions taken on pages visited (e.g., information entered during checkout process), browser and device information.
How is Your Personal Information Protected?
To safeguard your personal data from unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks, we have introduced appropriate administrative, physical and technical measures such as up-to-date antivirus protection, encryption and the use of privacy filters to secure all storage and transmission of personal data by us and disclosing personal data both internally and to our unauthorised third party service providers and agents only on a need-to-know basis.

However, you should be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completed secure. While security cannot be guaranteed, we strive to protect the security of your personal data and are constantly reviewing and enhancing our information security measures.
From time to time, we may contact you via mail, electronic-mail, telephone (call or SMS-Text) or facsimile, to inform about our products and services, or about special offers and promotions that we think may be of interest to you. You can let us know at any time if you no longer wish to receive marketing material (by contacting us at the details below) and we will remove your details from our direct marketing database.
We will not disclose your Personal Data to external organisations outside Inchcape plc and its related companies for the purposes of allowing them to directly market their products and services unless expressly authorised by you.
Changes to Private Policy
This Policy applies in conjunction with any notices, updates, contractual clauses, consent clauses and any other related terms and conditions of contract that apply in relation to the collection of, use and disclose of personal data and information.
